Spicymayo is an image creation and editing service operated by Apphesus OÜ. This page describes the information used to provide your account, image generation, and subscriptions.

Information we process

We store your name, email address, account and session information, image prompts, generation history, and subscription credit balance. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. If Google sign-in is available and you choose it, Google provides the profile information needed to create your account.

Your images

Uploaded images and prompts are sent to fal to run Nano Banana Pro. Generated images are delivered through the provider’s storage service. Image links may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Avoid uploading confidential information or images you do not have permission to use. Generation history remains associated with your account; provider file retention may differ.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details. Spicymayo stores billing references and subscription status, not your full card number. Vercel hosts the website, and MongoDB stores account and application data. These providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. We do not include advertising trackers in the studio.

Your choices

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the business contact details on your Stripe receipt. Some billing records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
