1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Spicy Mayo, also written Spicymayo, is the online image studio at spicymayo.co. These terms cover the website, your account, image generation and editing, and website subscriptions. The Privacy & Cookie Policy explains personal-data processing; the Refund Policy explains cancellation and refunds.

This version applies to new accounts and purchases after publication. Existing customers retain their earlier contractual rights until any changes are properly notified and take effect. By creating an account or using the studio under these terms, you agree to them. When buying a subscription, you also agree to the price, allowance, and renewal terms shown before payment. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Use accurate account and billing details, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if someone gains unauthorized access. Do not share access in order to resell the service, evade credit limits, or claim an introductory offer repeatedly.

You can sign in with Google or an email address and password. Google sign-in is subject to Google's own terms. You remain responsible for the content and instructions you submit through your account.

3. Image tools and service access

The studio uses image and video models through fal. It generates and edits still images, and generates video clips from text or image references, with audio options on supported models. Available models, modes, fixed video durations, and credit costs are listed in the studio and model catalog. It does not provide timeline editing of uploaded videos. Supported uploads are JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 4 MB. Available output settings are shown in the studio.

We give you permission to use the website and its available features for their intended purpose while you follow these terms. This does not transfer ownership of the website, software, branding, or design. Spicy Mayo is independent of Google; third-party names belong to their respective owners.

4. Your inputs and generated images

You retain the rights you have in uploaded images and prompts. You must have the permissions needed to process them, including permissions concerning another person's likeness, privacy, and intellectual property.

You allow us and the providers that operate the requested feature to receive, store, process, and transform your inputs to deliver your images, maintain your history, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service. This permission is limited to those purposes; it does not give us a general right to sell your content or publish it in advertising.

We do not claim ownership of your generated images. Your use remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and relevant model-provider restrictions. An output may resemble existing material, contain errors, or lack copyright protection. We cannot guarantee that a result is original, exclusive, accurate, or cleared for commercial use. Inspect the image before publishing or relying on it.

5. Acceptable use and safety

Do not use the studio to create unlawful material, child sexual exploitation content, nonconsensual intimate images, fraudulent impersonations, threats, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not submit content you are not entitled to use.

Do not bypass safety filters, authentication, credit accounting, or rate limits; introduce malicious code; access other accounts; or overload the service. Automated access to account, payment, upload, or generation functions requires our permission. Ordinary indexing of our public informational pages is allowed in accordance with robots.txt.

Comply with required AI-content disclosures and do not remove provenance information where doing so would be unlawful. Report suspected misuse or infringement to nanobananastudio@gmail.com with enough information to locate and assess it. Images are creative outputs and are not professional advice or reliable evidence of real events.

6. Subscriptions, payments, and renewal

Stripe processes website subscriptions. Checkout shows the amount due, currency, billing period, included credits, and applicable additional charges before you pay. Cards and eligible Apple Pay or Google Pay wallets may be offered depending on your device and payment availability.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize the initial payment and subsequent renewal charges at the terms shown for your plan. Keep payment details current. If a payment fails, access may be restricted until payment is confirmed.

The standard monthly renewal is US$29.99 for 2,200 credits. Quarterly costs US$59.97 every three months for 2,200 credits each month; the US$19.99 monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment option. Existing subscriptions purchased under an earlier offer retain their agreed price unless a change is properly notified and takes effect.

7. The seven-day introductory offer

Eligible accounts can purchase seven days of access for US$1.99, including 225 credits and access to all current image and video models. This is a paid introduction, not a free trial, and is available once per account.

After seven days, the subscription automatically renews at US$29.99 per month with 2,200 credits unless canceled before renewal. The introductory period begins as indicated in your subscription confirmation. “Full access” describes tool availability; it does not mean unlimited images.

8. Credit use and expiration

Generating or editing with Nano Banana Pro uses 50 credits at 2K or 100 credits at 4K. Other image and video models have separate costs based on model, resolution, and audio settings. The studio displays the cost before generation; the full amount must be available. Each completed generation uses credits, including another attempt with a revised prompt. If generation fails, the reserved credits are returned. A result you dislike is not automatically a technical failure.

Introductory credits expire at the end of the seven-day period. Paid subscription credits refresh monthly while access is paid; unused credits do not roll over. Quarterly subscription credits refresh monthly within the paid three-month period. Credits are account-specific usage allowances, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money except through an applicable refund remedy. See How credits work.

Earlier subscriptions retain their original credit allowance and model rates. Their credit units are separate from the current scale. Current-scale subscribers may purchase one-time credit packs. Purchased credits are used after subscription credits, do not expire, and remain in the account after cancellation; an active current-scale subscription is required to use them. Packs do not enable automatic refill or recurring purchases. Failed-job refunds return to the original credit source; an expired subscription allowance is not transferred into a later period. Refunded purchases lose the corresponding credit entitlement.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Open Manage account, choose Plan, then Cancel subscription to stop renewal before your next billing time. Feedback is optional. You can also use the Stripe billing portal from account settings. You may also request help at nanobananastudio@gmail.com. Signing out, deleting a browser shortcut, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

Cancellation normally leaves access and remaining credits available until the current period ends. It stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including unused-purchase windows and mandatory consumer remedies.

10. Changes, interruptions, and termination

AI models, provider availability, and processing times can change. We may update features or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, safety, or technical reasons. We will give appropriate notice of material changes affecting paid access and honor remedies required by law. If we permanently stop providing prepaid service, we will address unused paid access through an appropriate refund.

We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect others, address nonpayment, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact us about it. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Tell us if you also want an active subscription canceled.

11. Responsibility and liability

AI results and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed. Download images and videos you want to keep; provider-hosted files are not a permanent archival service. We are responsible for delivering the service as required by applicable law, and you are responsible for your lawful use of inputs and outputs.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect business losses or lost opportunities resulting from your use of generated images. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be limited. These terms do not impose an obligation on consumers to give up statutory guarantees.

12. Questions, complaints, and applicable law

Contact nanobananastudio@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. This informal contact is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a legal right or meeting a deadline.

Estonian law applies to this agreement, subject to any mandatory protections available under the law of your usual residence. Consumers retain the right to bring claims before courts and consumer bodies available to them under applicable law. We do not require arbitration or exclusive proceedings in a foreign court for consumer claims.

13. Policy updates

We may revise these terms as the studio changes. The version and date above identify this text. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated before they apply where required. New prices or refund restrictions do not retrospectively replace the terms of a completed purchase.
