Spicymayo is provided by Apphesus OÜ. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into these terms where you live.

Images and acceptable use

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and edit images. Do not create unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Provider safety restrictions also apply. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service.

Generated content

AI results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to another user’s results. Review outputs before using or publishing them. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or suitability for any particular purpose. You retain your rights in your inputs, and may use outputs subject to applicable law and the image provider’s terms.

Subscriptions and credits

The checkout page shows your price, currency, recurring billing period, and image allowance before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credits renew each billing month and do not roll over. A 2K image uses one credit; a 4K image uses two. Failed generations return the reserved credits. Cancel or update payment details through Manage subscription. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refunds and consumer rights

Contact the business using the details on your receipt for billing or refund questions. Any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

Availability

Processing times and availability depend on our service providers. We may make changes to the service. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
